We are looking forward to our inaugural year at our new home, FestivalPark, and are excited to find, invite and showcase some of the best vendors, retailers, artisans and non-profits around.
Due to last year’s cancellation, we will be offering a vendor acceptance rollover period for 2024’s event. There will be limited spaces available for vendors. The vendor application fee is non-refundable so please feel free to ask questions before committing.
For Coffee & Ice Cream Vendors:
We appreciate your interest in FloydFest. However, we have once again renewed our partnership with these legacy vendors which includes exclusivity. We will not be bringing on additional vendors in these categories.
Important Dates:
- Rollover Window Opens: November 15, 2023
- Rollover Confirmation Deadline: December 15, 2023
- 2024 Applications Open: January 15, 2024
- 2024 Applications Close: March 1, 2024
- Acceptance Notifications Released: March 15, 2024
- Vendor Fees Due: May 1, 2024
