FloydFest’s Box Office opens at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, for VIPs ONLY. The early-entry period for VIPs is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, and only VIPs are allowed to enter during those hours; patrons must have a VIP ticket to enter during those hours, even if they are arriving/riding in the same vehicle.

FloydFest's Box Office and festival gates open to 5-Day GA ticketholders at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, and close at 11 p.m. (nightly).

The Box Office is open from:

9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Thursday, July 23 (for 4-Day GA ticketholders, etc.)

9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, July 24 (for 3-Day GA ticketholders, etc.)

9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, July 25 (for single-day GA ticketholders, etc.)

9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 26 (for single-day GA ticketholders).

* The Box Office closes nightly from 11 p.m. (8 p.m. on Sunday) to 9 a.m.

** Please make sure that you arrive during our Box Office hours of operation or you will not be able to enter the site until the Box Office re-opens the following morning.

Please follow directions to the festival site, FestivalPark, where our FloydFest Box Office teams will greet you at your vehicle with wristbands, tent tags, and a parking decal. FloydFest staff will then guide you to your parking spot. Once parked, hospitality carts/vehicles will assist in transporting your gear to the VIP backstage camping area.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.

Please arrive no earlier than the time listed on your admission ticket. As our main festival site is located just off the main highway in Floyd County, patrons arriving early complicate logistics, unnecessarily clog entry points and understandably upset neighbors. Those arriving early will be turned away, which, in turn, usually means that your entry time will be delayed. Please do not arrive earlier than instructed on your FloydFest 26~Daydream admission ticket.

These rules are few and simple, yet extremely important to us and to the overall FloydFest experience, vibe and culture. Please note, you and your vehicle/RV will be searched upon entry to the festival site. Outside alcohol is not allowed and will be confiscated at the box-office tollbooths upon entry. Once onsite, alcohol is not permitted at campsites or in vehicles.

*NOTE: We are sorry, but you cannot leave the VIP Pub with your complimentary adult beverages.

Yes, all baggage and coolers entering the FloydFest site are subject to search. No outside alcohol, no drugs, no glass and no weapons are allowed into the festival site. In addition to this search assuring that we can create a safe atmosphere to host a family friendly festival, it is also because our ABC (alcohol) barrier is our entire festival site. This barrier was created when — based on patron feedback — we opened up our beer gardens so that alcohol could be consumed across our entire music-festival site (and not just consumed within our beer gardens). Now, this ‘open-carry’ benefit results in strict checks for outside alcohol when entering FestivalPark.

*If you have medical equipment, such as insulin supplies, please inform the security personnel performing the search.

Onsite parking for VIPs is conveniently located in one of our best locations onsite, on a first-come, first-served basis in the VIP Parking Pass parking lot, contained within our VIP World, which can be seen on the new Site Map: https://floydfest.com/site-map/.

No — parking pass decals are non-transferable. Upon arrival, you will exchange your VIP Parking Pass ticket for a VIP Parking Pass window decal that is applied to your windshield, and only valid for the vehicle they were originally designated and applied to.

The access, amenities and offerings are only growing for FloydFest's VIP campgrounds, but the abundance of flat ground on which to camp and commune may actually steal the show. Each VIP Tent Tag allows a roughly 15ʹ-by-15ʹ area to camp (tents are not included; please bring your own camping supplies).

The VIP Summit campground is located at the top of the hill and adjacent to VIP parking. This campground offers an off-the-beaten path option, a bit secluded from the bustle below, and with a bit more terrain and tree canopy than the other two options. Ideal for campers who like it a little quieter and more shaded. Night skies and morning bird songs are included with every campsite. (Hammock camping? This is your destination location.)

VIP Village campground is located close to all your VIP amenities. This grassy meadow promises a neighborhood feel for campers who like being in the midst of all the action. Incredible views of the (super-close) venue, encircled by a crystalline creek and mountain vistas. This is prime real estate for VIPs, in stumbling distance to every bit of the action and offerings.

VIP Peninsula camping is located on a picturesque strip of prime real estate tracing the edge of VIP World. Bordered by a crystalline creek, these camp spots feel slightly secluded yet are close to all VIP amenities and a short walk from all of the music, magic and mountains.

VIP Daydream camping is located on a picturesque strip of prime real estate on the outside edge of VIP World, just over a bridge from the VIP Peninsula campground, and still very close to the VIP Pub & VIP Catering Tent. Bordered by a crystalline creek, these camp spots feel slightly secluded yet are close to all VIP amenities and a short walk from all of the music, magic and mountains.

***VIP Overland Park & Camp Passes must be purchased in addition to VIP BUNDLES and VIP Tent Tags cannot be used to camp in this campground.*** 

FloydFest now features an exclusive VIP parking & camping area for ‘Overland’ trucks/rigs/vehicles, located on the picturesque fence line at the top of VIP Parking. Each space is 20’x25’ and is designed for a vehicle + camping setup. This is not an RV Parking or Camping Spit - it is meant for more rugged vehicles/rigs/setups.

This ticket is good for (1) VIP Overland Park & Camp Pass, with a 20′-by-25′ maximum footprint, for FloydFest 26~Daydream. This ticket does not include VIP admission, which must be purchased separately (GA admission will not work in tandem with this ticket).

Sorry, they are not — VIPs must bring their own tent and camping essentials. Your VIP Tent Tag is just a ‘ticket for your tent,’ and allows for a roughly 15’x15’ footprint for you to set up camp. Please remember to pack light! “Less is more,” as they say.

Unfortunately,  — due to safety concerns and space, only tents are allowed in the exclusive VIP camping area. If you have an RV or vehicle that you hope to camp in, you will need to purchase an additional ticket, such as a RV VIP POWERED Pass, RV POWERED Pass, RV UNPOWERED Pass, V-Dub/Van Life Parking Pass, or VIP Overland Park&Camp Pass to camp in your vehicle.

Children under the age of 6 are allowed in VIP areas with a properly-credentialed parent, and may share food from parents’ plates. Any underage children/youth between the ages of 6 and 20-years-old must purchase a VIP Underage (Ages 6-20) ticket. Without proper credentials or properly credentialed parental escort, children/youth may not enter the VIP World area.

No, all patron tickets are issued in advance, via email. You must print them out and bring them with you, or have them downloaded to your smartphone prior to arriving (as cell signal can sometimes be unreliable once onsite).

Usually, it’s hump-day at work — but not this week! YAY for festival time! First, you beat the crowd, so you check-in and park with ease. Second, you have time to build a home-base camp using the keen-and-creative skill you absorbed by being (a friend to) a Boy Scout. Third, you enjoy the proverbial calm before the masses arrive; a festival site primed for its purpose. Fourth, you enjoy a special ‘Welcome Party’, as well as a “Welcome Back Dinner” starting at 7 p.m. in the VIP Pub. And fifth, you get some restful sleep to prepare for the mountain-magic marathon ahead.

Yes, you are now regulars at a neighborhood bar, the VIP Pub, situated in the central VIP World at the best music festival on earth. In addition to complimentary beverages, you also get to experience exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime concerts on the VIP Pub Stage as you enjoy craft libations and exquisite camaraderie. (I know, life is rough.) As regulars, you are entitled to complimentary beer, wine, cider and seltzer, as well as other adult beverages (liquor) during the daily Happy Hours, and a healthy offering of non-alcoholic drinks (water, soda, juice, etc.) at the VIP Pub.

We are sorry, but you cannot leave the VIP Pub with your complimentary adult beverages due to ABC regulations. VA ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) mandates different ABC barriers within our main festival site, thus VIP patrons cannot take their free alcohol outside of the VIP Pub barrier. We are sorry for the inconvenience (but free alcohol is always a good thing).

Each meal’s menu offers thoughtfully prepared choices for every taste and culinary preference. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are always available, and we aim to make 2026’s menu the best ever.

Full catering for lunch and dinner is offered for VIPs from Thursday, July 23 - Sunday, July 26, 2026, during FloydFest 26~Daydream, as well as a “Welcome Back Dinner” on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, starting at 7 p.m. in the VIP Pub.

VIP patrons get to park within VIP World, on a beautiful seven-acre portion of FestivalPark. While this means VIPs will have their vehicles closer than ever, this comes with a small trade-off: there are some select times when come-and-go access to and from VIP World is restricted. This said, if you are a VIP and know that your schedule requires you to enter or exit during the following times when the roadway is closed (or one-way-only), please plan ahead by speaking to any VIP staff member who will assist in making a plan to move your vehicle to a satellite, reserved parking area in the upper portion of FestivalPark, prior to when restrictions begin:

Wednesday, July 22 — 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: INGRESS (incoming traffic) only into VIP World, RV VIP & VIP Parking (welcome to FestivalPark!)

Thursday to Saturday, July 23 to 25 — 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.: NO driving behind the Main Stage, thus no vehicles/RVs may enter or exit RV VIP & VIP Parking during this time

Sunday, July 26 — 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.: NO driving behind the Main Stage, thus no vehicles/RVs may enter or exit RV VIP & VIP Parking during this time

Monday, July 27 — 8 a.m. to Noon: EGRESS (exiting traffic) only from VIP World, RV VIP & VIP Parking (we’ll miss you!)

Shuttles are available during the following hours to take VIPs to other stages, campgrounds and happenings on the festival grounds outside of VIP World:

We take pride in the gathering of goodies that we thoughtfully prepare for you in a custom-designed bag for VIP adults’ festival fun. Claim your VIP Swag Bag Wednesday at the Swag Station across from VIP Dining. Bring your VIP Laminate and Punch Card for easy peasy pick-up. Swag Bags will be available in the VIP Lounge Thursday – Sunday.

The bag contains one-of-a-kind gifts from FloydFest’s Partners, as well as a commemorative-and-collectible stainless-steel FloydFest 26~Daydream pint; FloydFest pint ring; FloydFest-branded carabiner; complimentary massage coupon; and much, much more!

And, please bring your Driver's License, so you can get your Drinking-Age-Verified wristband!

No — but some people like to (and appreciate it if you do, too, but it’s not mandatory) and VIP has you covered. Hot, clean showers are available in VIP World for the exclusive use of FloydFest VIPs!

*Note: The longest lines usually occur in the morning, so consider some afternoon or evening shower action.

Each VIP receives a coupon redeemable for a 15-minute massage backstage; allotted time is based on availability. You must sign up in advance once onsite, at the backstage massage tent, and present your coupon at the time of registration. One coupon per person, please.

Shuttle service is provided from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 26, 2026. Bring your gear to the VIP Guest Services Lounge tent area, and our shuttle drivers will help transport your belongings back to your vehicle. Apologies, but vehicles are not allowed to drive back to the VIP camping area at any time during the festival, or on Monday, to load-in or load-out.

*Note: The VIP shuttle service is available on Monday, July 27, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon as well.

NO pets, please. FloydFest abides by ADA guidelines. All service animals and owners will be vetted by security once onsite.

YES (or download to your smartphone prior to arriving, as cell signal can sometimes be unreliable once onsite). To ensure that your check-in is easy breezy, please bring your printed ticket with you (cell service is not always reliable for pulling up tickets on smartphones).

Forgot some camping gear? Need an Advil? Looking for vintage FloydFest Merchandise? The Depot Camp Store is a one-stop shop for all your needs while onsite at the festival. Stop in and visit our friendly staff; located on the west-side of our property, near the GA Parking areas and main entrance, at The Depot.

The Depot is command central for the festival’s Lost & Found — if you find an item on the festival grounds, please return it to the nearest information booth (located at The Depot and in the main music venue), so that it may be returned to its rightful owner. If you have lost something on the FloydFest site, please see the fine FloydFest staff at one of our information booths, located at The Depot or in the main music venue, to report your item missing. Fear not, we have had many wonderful lost items returned over the years … brand new phones, cameras, and wallets full of credit cards and CA$H!

Nope—no ATMs on the mountain! But don't panic—all of our vendors accept electronic payments, so your card will go a long way. If you do find yourself in a cash-only crisis, swing by the Info Booth and we’ll do our best to help.

We want everyone to have an amazing experience while soaking up the music and the mountain magic — which is why we welcome both chairs and sun-shielding setups in designated areas. To keep views open and the vibes high, please follow these guidelines:

Main Stage Viewing Area
To ensure clear sightlines for all, only standing and blankets are permitted in the space between the soundboard (front-of-house) and the main stage.

Chairs & Shade Area
From the soundboard back, you’re welcome to bring camp chairs, small shade structures under 4 feet tall, sun umbrellas, or chairs with built-in shade awnings. Please note: all chairs and shade items must be taken down and removed from the festival bowl at the end of each day.

No Pop-Up Tents
To preserve the view and the flow, pop-up tents and large shade canopies are not permitted on the main stage field or within the main venue.

FloydFest 26~Daydream ends at noon on Monday, July 27, 2026, when all patrons are required to exit the site. We will miss you!

Yes! Delicious mountain drinking water is located in numerous places onsite. Multiple hydration stations are available across the venue for refilling your favorite FloydFest stainless-steel pint or reusable water bottle!

If you cannot unplug while at the festival, our VIP Guest Services Lounge has myriad outlets for you to use for recharging your electronics — another crucial perk of being a VIP. While we want to offer the service for your convenience, please be aware that we do not accept responsibility for your items. (Note: We recommend you enjoy the space, and hang nearby during the charging process of your device — we made it comfy for you.) Also, there is a safe-and-secure location to charge smartphones during the festival, which is monitored and managed by partners and staff.

Yep, FloydFest features meetups for both AA and NA during the festival. Please check back here or in the FloydFest program for updates on the exact times and locations of meetups.

Vendor selections are made based on diversity of ideas, educational offerings and sense of community. Positive interaction with attendees through imaginative and interactive educational displays, activities and discourse are encouraged.
